THUMBPRINT'S PAYMENT TERMS.
We require a 50% deposit on all work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We will accept checks, money orders, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard only). After payment is made in full, all work will be burned to a CD or DVD for you.

DESIGN REVISIONS.
Thumbprint is extremely thorough in obtaining your ideas, goals, expectations, etc. As long as progress is being made, there are no extra charges for revisions and changes leading up to the moment that the project is considered to be complete.

WHAT IS A DIGITAL CERTIFICATE/SSL CERTIFICATE?
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) provides a method of sending data, such as credit card details, securely over the internet. This certificate establishes your website's credentials for doing business online.
